3.0L Header Adapter Plate
 
These header plates will bolt right onto any year Ford 3.0L engine 86-06. Some modifications to your exhausts etc.. may be needed to fit your vehicle.

This adapter plate allows you to bolt on a set of 427 or 454 Chevy headers with 1 3/4" i.d. (found in many junkyards) This will give you a good 25-30 hp. over your stock 4L exhaust manifolds.
 
This will also enable you to use a true duel exhaust system.
