Warranty claims and the decisions made from the evaluation, will done on a case-by-case basis. Upon evaluation, if an item is covered under our warranty policy, GARMONT will seek to replace the product with the same or like product given availability GARMONT’s Warranty does not extend to any GARMONT product that has been re-soled, repaired, or otherwise modified.
