 
For those looking to maintain a factory look and not add the full weight of a full bumper we offer the winch plate.
 
DeMello Off-Road Tundra winch bumper is designed to give you all the function of a true winch bumper, tucked away and hidden behind your stock bumper. But you don't have to give up the strength or the options of a full winch bumper.
 
The hidden winch plate is design to fit into your stock SR5 bumper with some minor modifications to your stock bumpers and replaces the center section of your factory stock bumper. It also will fit a limited Tandra front bumper with the painted bumper, but has less support and requires a little more work.
 
The hidden winch is built from a 1/4in winch and mounting plate, tied together with a integrated 1/2in steel shackle system that runs the height and depth of the winch plate. The whole plate is wrapped in a 1/8in skin. Making for a strong mounting point for your non-integrated winch.
 
We have test fit and used both the Smitty built winch X2O 10 GEN2 as well as the TJM 10k winch. Some winches may require a custom mounting of the solenoid.
 
All winch plates come powder coated in a texture finish powder coating, bare-metal is an option for those who want to paint or coat them selves. Powder coating holds no warranty.
